Mission Statement |

The MED Foundation mission is to promote the development and
accessibility of new medical technologies through research, education
and direct facilitation of access to emerging technologies by the
community.
Our primary approach is to promote innovative medical technologies developed from research supported by the SBIR program administered by the National Institutes of Health. These innovative medical technologies are developed by small research businesses throughout the United States which do not typically have large marketing departments. Consequently, the time from development to general availability is prolonged. MED Foundation attempts to speed the process of getting the new technology into the hands of patients who would benefit. |
